We are looking for a Bid Coordinator and Submission Specialist to join our international team in conducting campaigns - from opportunity identification through project delivery.You will be responsible for planning, producing and delivering compliant bid proposal documents within a business environment.Last but not least, after the final bid proposal is completed, you will coordinate and produce the proposal response whilst assembling a proposal team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to win.If you are eager to work, learn and develop we are looking for you. Core Responsibilities:- Research independently the business environment for bid project opportunities- Assist in developing a proposal structure- Deliver completed written proposal responses within customer-defined time frames- Re-write and edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical and product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids- Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format- Maintain and make available master document sets- Ensure consistent branding for all company-specific documents Requirements:- Strong English language & communication skills - both written and oral- Advanced Google Suite / MS Office skills- Architectural and interior design background is a plus- Multi-tasking & strong organizational skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work Individually as well as in a Team environment What do we offer:- Opportunities to work in our young and energetic international team- Opportunities to grow in the company- Friendly working environment
