About the team
This team sits under Corporate Services branch of TfNSW. The Corporate Services Division is comprised of six branches, each helping to support and enable more than 30,000 colleagues across Transport. They safeguard the business by enabling our people to act wisely, comply well and consider risks sensibly.
This role sits within the Supplier Administration Team, within the broader team a role is available in the Tender Enablement Team.
The Tender Enablement Team is responsible for creation/maintenance of bidder and supplier profiles for open tender events in Ariba, helping suppliers navigate this system, material and service master data creation and maintenance using SAP ERP Central Component (ECC).
The opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Bidder Administration Officer to join our Supplier Administration Team. This position is a Permanent Full-time opportunity and flexible working with combination of working from home and working from office the base location being Burwood.
The Bidder Administration Officer will be responsible for delivering high volume end-to-end customer focused procurement services via a range of computer systems and technologies processing tickets through systems such as MyTransport, Ariba, SAP and Equip.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have;
Previous experience using Ariba or SAP.
Understanding of end-to-end procurement process
Ability to be highly customer focused and have experience working with a number of stakeholders, this position will work closely with Procurement Sourcing, Contracts team and systems team just to name a few.
Ability to be deadline driven as this position is driven by meeting KPI’s.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 4 ($75,461 to $83,005) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
