The job. An exciting opportunity has become available with our Retail Management Team. Located in the Wellington Domestic Airport (Land-side so no security req'd, etc) - we are seeking a proactive, driven & experienced Retail Store Manager or a very experienced Assistant Manager wanting & ready for that next move! 

The current working days for this role are Monday to Friday with a 7.30am start & 3pm finish & we pay for the parking! Dream job! 

Reporting to the Head of Retail you will be integral in the success of our sales growth plan in Auckland. You will have heaps of support when you need it but also have the autonomy to make decisions & run this store as if it were your own.

What skills would be good to have?

Retail store management legend.

Experience in fashion, homewares and cosmetics a plus.

A passion for fashion.

Love to smash sales budgets.

Entrepreneurial and big picture thinker

An eye for detail (well done for spotting that the previous line is missing a full stop).

Computer literate (especially Excel).

But not into checking Facebook every 5 mins.

Being able to contribute to a small but very integral leadership team.

Awesome attitude towards your work, your team and the business with the desire to achieve shared goals.
