 Successful Bartender Applicant must have:

• Creative flare in making cocktails along with sound knowledge of wine and beer.

• Bubbly and outgoing personality with a strong sense of initiative.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;

• Excellent cash handling skills.

• Responsible and able to take ownership of areas within the bar.

• Barrister experience.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• LCQ Certificate and previous experience with Wizbang POS would be an advantage.
