About the Company

Owned by multinational developer, Far East Consortium, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth’s Elizabeth Quay development. About the Role

Duties

• Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
• Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
• COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
• Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge
• Passion for customer service
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
• Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred)
