Warm, welcoming service is the perfect complement to wonderful food. That’s what you’ll provide as a Barista in our restaurants. You’ll help make sure dining’s a highlight of a Harrods’ visit by making every meal unforgettable. You’ll prepare hot and cold drinks to an extremely high standard and other beverages, serving on tills, toasting sandwiches, serving grab and go food.

As a Barista, you’ll have a great focus on exceptional service in a professional but fun way. You’ll also be responsible for checking deliveries, merchandise products/filling, stock put away, on the go cleaning, and removal of bins and coffee grounds. You’ll also need to open and close the shop on occasion, so you’ll have a level of responsibility.

About you

You’ll be fully trained on a manual coffee machine and be able to steam mil to perfect temperature and consistency. The working area is small, so they need to have experience working closely with a fast-paced team. Preferably, you’ll also have food safety level 2 training or at least experience with food safety.
