This exciting new Barista role at the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe is all about being responsible for providing world class service within a creative retail environment. The Barista will be responsible for demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, delivering operational compliance and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals, whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

In this role you will provide expert knowledge of the coffees we serve, along with the roasting, grinding and brewing techniques that are used. You will be required to maintain high quality and service standards set by the company in preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and food products.

About you

In this role you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, addressing the customer with warm and friendly voice, remaining attentive thought out their visit, whilst being able to educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee menu. You will have a strong understanding of food safety procedures, and maintain the highest standard for all product preparation including proper grinding of coffee beans.
