Our bar is no stranger to busy nights! We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to help manage our busy team! The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things food and wine, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility. We are looking applicants available to work a range of afternoon and evening shifts, with no late nights. We are a busy bar & restaurant - be ready for action!
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Bar Supervisor with at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in making cocktails to a high standard at a fast pace, as well as training other staff to follow their lead. We require someone with barista experience and the ability to serve on the floor with ease. We are looking for someone to make all guests feel welcome and comfortable in our amazing location, with a smile and knowledgeable service.

Skills and experience
Successful candidates would have at least 1 year experience in a previous role. We are also looking for a manager with experience pertaining to:
- Staff management and training
- Working under pressure & ability to multitask
- Cash up & money handling
- Barista skills
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Cocktail skills
- Current Duty Managers Certificate (or willingness to achieve this)
We are also looking for a specific attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team.
