You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. The Banqueting Supervisor will report into the Banqueting Manager. The purpose of the role is to assist the Banqueting team in running the events assigned effectively by maintaining high service standards, maximising sales while enhancing customer experience. You'll have a duty of butler in presence of the Chairman/for anything related (entourage, family visits etc.) and will maintain always a high level of confidentiality as well as high standard of service ensuring the best of hospitality service.

The principal accountabilities of this role are centred around Customer Service, Sales, Operations and KPI's.

About You

• Good PC literacy (word, excel and preferably SAP)
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
