Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for the role will possess;

• A proven track record in leading a large and diverse team across a wide range of specialist capacities
• 2 plus years experience in high volume and large scale event management
• A collaborative approach to the overall process, working closely with a sales and co-ordination team
• Strong back of house capabilities in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Experience in delivering all types of events with a strong focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, ideally in 5-star operations
• A passionate and personable approach with both clients and colleagues
• High levels of motivation as a leader and ability to adapt to a broad range of event types
• Full working rights in Australia
