GreenTech Resources is currently hiring Baker (NOC 6332) for our client based in Saskatchewan, Canada – 03 positions available who is ready to support an LMIA/PNP. GreenTech is a Foreign Worker Recruitment Company based in Regina.

Greentech resources are an established recruitment, immigration and settlement company with its Head office in Regina, SK, Canada. Established in 2016, we have our offices in Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Mississauga. Greentech deals in foreign worker recruitment, settlement and immigration processes.

Responsibilities for Baker

• Crafting and preparing new baked goods
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
• Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.
• Ensuring the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed
• Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
• Prepare garnishes as needed for baked goods.
• Displaying and decorating the finished products to make them client-ready
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products.
• Adorn all Health, Sanitation and safety clothing

Qualifications for Baker

• 3+ years experience in a relevant field
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of a college or other program for bakers is required.
• Firm understanding of the Metric and Imperial systems of measurements
• Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely
• Mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items
• Content with adhering to all Health and Safety dress-codes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
