AWS Employer Brand Marketing Manager
As the AWS Employer Brand Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will work with a diverse set of stakeholders from Global Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, ID&E, PR, Marketing, Internal Comms and the wider business, to deliver campaigns of differing scopes and budgets. This person will develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies & programs to acquire candidates to positively impact AWS’ hiring needs, and to position AWS as the best place to learn and build a career across digital and social platforms in EMEA.
In this role, no two days will be the same. You may be liaising with third party agencies on large-scale omni-channel marketing campaigns one minute, and the next, be rolling up your sleeves to deliver niche organic campaigns through employee amplification and social media.
You will be the owner of all recruitment marketing channels in EMEA. This includes (but not limited to) LinkedIn campaign manager, EMEA social media channels, careers sites and online platforms, talent management systems and email campaigns, analytics dashboards and reporting suites. You will also be encouraged to be creative and suggest new ways of doing things.
The recruitment marketing lead role requires a passion for digital media and an intense curiosity about the future of how jobseekers look for their next career. The ideal candidate must be able to guide indirect/matrixed resources. This person must also possess the aptitude to analyze and present break-through analytics on program performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
· 10+ years’ experience in an Employer Brand or Recruitment marketing position, or working at a Senior Marketing Manager level with a passion for recruiting.
· Proven experience delivering results through cross-channel marketing campaigns and a naturally data-driven mindset to analyse and optimize performance. This may include working with agencies or in-house creatives to deliver marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including search, display, social, programmatic, email, OOH etc. reporting on the results to senior leadership.
· Experience working with brand guidelines, an understanding of design thinking principles and a conversational yet adaptable style of copywriting.
· Experience working with TM or CRM systems (Talent Management such as Beamery, HIRE, iCIMS etc.) or similar customer management platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot etc.)
· Experience of social media management and scheduling tools. You will be the owner of Employer Brand organic social media output in EMEA, and will be adept at working independently to create engaging, targeted, bar-raising organic social content.
· Experience in Content Management Systems to create landing pages, lead gen forms, micro-sites and blogs.

This position requires exceptional marketing and strategic thinking skills as well as strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a “roll up your sleeves†mentality.
· Experience working in a global, matrixed company, with a deep understanding of the tech-talent landscape.
· A strong understanding of how to understand, simplify and draw conclusions from data improve performance.
· Hands-on experience of operationally setting up digital campaigns end-to-end through platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Marketo etc.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for asset creation.
