Automation Engineering Manger

What will you be doing? 

The Automation Engineering Manager is the responsible line manager of the PEGA development teams (7-10 internal) as well as a large offshore partner development team. The development team is organised into squads operating within a SCRUM based operating model with plans to move to adoption of SAFe.

Who are we looking for?  

• You will have commercial experience leading & developing technical teams and a proven people manager.
• You will have IT delivery and large change programme experience.
•  You will have experience and understanding using, setting up and working with:
  • Relational Databases. 
  • Enterprise Data Networks/Inventory & Management Systems.
  • Data Reconciliation & Cleanse Tools & Techniques.
  • Order Management/orchestration.
  • PEGA (desirable).
  • Cortex (desirable).
  • UI Path (desirable).
• You will have an appreciation for Full stack systems, network devices, networking, firewalls, security protocols, integration.
