This position involves converting warm leads into new business during face-to-face sales campaigning throughout Calgary. Candidates must be able to meet individual and department objectives and apply sales skills while soliciting and cross-selling. Candidates should have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills both over the phone and in-person, and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities of the Associate Sales Representative:

• Successfully explain our client’s services and help prospects understand how they will greatly benefit from using them in order to increase sales in a designated territory.
• Understand a wide array of prospective clients’ product needs and be able to tailor conversations to their needs to convert prospects into buyers and close sales.
• Attend daily morning briefings and training sessions.
• Research industry trends and target demographics.
• Grow your client portfolio by building a sales pipeline.
• Cross communication between departments, including sales, account management, and update management.
• Exceed sales targets and deliver the best customer service to clients.
• Goal-setting with a sales action plan.
