As an Associate Director within the Capital Markets & Advisory team, your focus will be the origination of high value new to bank business across New Zealand; supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to best position ASB Corporate for success while lifting and differentiating ASB's profile in market.

Working with investors including financial sponsors, high value private clients and corporates, this role will involve supporting M&A opportunities, capital markets and structured credit transactions that create value for clients

About you:

While demonstrated success in the industry will get your foot in the door, it's your ability to influence and build effective relationships that will underpin your success in the role,

Technically you will ideally bring the following skills;

• Strong knowledge of Corporate and/or Institutional Banking Solutions
• Financial modelling experience
• Highly developed research and presentation skills
• Significant interpretative analytical experience
• Business/Commerce or related Degree, and ideally Post Graduate Qualification or CFA/ACA qualified
