The Associate Customer Success Manager will respond to and solve customer requirements. You will collaborate with a team of Customer Success Managers, working with them on their portfolios to ensure there is timely and appropriate responses to customer requests. We are looking for someone to join our team on a part time basis, working 18.75 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Support a team of CSMs and their customer portfolios.
Respond to incoming customer queries e.g. assessment queries, technical questions re Hub 1 or Perform.
Escalate customer queries to the relevant CSM, or appropriate department, where required.
Identify potential customer risks and escalate to CSMs.
Have an understanding of customer metrics and proactively work with CSMs to ensure customers are engaged.
Customer project related support where required.
Maintain customer data in relevant systems to ensure a thorough, accurate and consistent record for each customer exists. This includes but is not limited to, communication, opportunity management and project-based records.
Assist Credit Control with chasing of outstanding invoices.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management.
Organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritise.

Location
This role will be located in Australia and aligned to our Sydney office. As per our Hybrid Working Principles (please see below), can be based primarily remotely, but with ability to attend an office with limited issue/notice.
