The Associate Business Analyst, under the direction of their line manager, will support business partnering of the Director, as well as providing assistance to the associated teams. 

About Us

The Business Planning team is responsible for ensuring appropriate financial control across the retail business whilst providing robust financial analysis and decision support through P&L management, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and capital investment appraisal with the emphasis on achieving profitable, cash generating growth.

About You

You will be either a part or fully qualified accountant, or an analyst with experience in a commercial finance role. Retail experience would be an advantage but is not essential. You will have excellent analytical skills, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture. Strong inter-personal and engagement skills are key for this role, including the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the business and able to present information in a clear, compelling way to both financial and non-financial audiences. Excellent PC literacy is required, especially Excel and preferably SAP.
