Assistant Site Manager

A successful nationwide house builder is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a 300 unit Site close to Worthing.

The ideal candidate will ideally be from a volume build background and have multi-unit experience however, this is only preferable and will absolutely consider anyone with experience building houses from the ground up.

You will be involved in the day to day running of the site including Groundworks, Services, Brickwork and all the trades packages. Working closely with the site team you will be tasked with Inductions, Tool box talks, site walk arounds, progress reports and learning the intricacies of fast paced Volume build.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into Site Manager within the company as the this is only phase 1 of a long lasting development of up to 5 years on site.

Candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions will be an advantage

Role: Permanent

Salary: £40k - £47k (depending on experience)

Start: ASAP
