    Islands Commercial Banking is a significant contributor to Lloyds Bank International and plays a very important role within the non-ring-fenced bank, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. We achieve this by offering a full range of commercial services to local trading businesses, Real Estate and Financial Intermediary clients.

    Please note that this opportunity is only available to local residents who have lived in Jersey, Channel Islands for more than 5 years and who have the appropriate right to work.

    What you'll be doing...

    Our Commercial Banking team in Jersey are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Financial Institutions team working closely with our Relationship Managers to manage, develop and contribute to a locally based portfolio of Financial Institutions, Corporate Service Providers, Intermediaries, Trusts and high net worth individual customers. Playing a vital role in becoming the bank of choice for financial institutions in Jersey.

    You’ll support this by:

    • Developing solutions and generating new opportunities hand-in-hand with establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with FI companies in Jersey, ensuring their needs are met

    • Working with other Associate Relationship Managers and product partners to provide appropriate solutions to meet client needs

    • Spending your time with existing clients and seeking out new client opportunities.

    • Developing personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required

    • Taking ownership of your own personal development and working with digital technology to improve your own personal effectiveness.
