Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

Planning and coordinating the execution of new store openings, signage packs, local marketing, store takeovers, statutory POS and permanent POS artwork.

 Key Responsibilities

• Organising and delivering all new store requirements from a POS perspective, and managing new opportunities that may arise
• Continue to build brand guidelines/best practice for signage packs. As the guideline owner, ensure agencies’ signage packs are on brand and are fit for purpose in-store when liaising with wider business contacts and external agencies
• Approving store takeovers from brands from an external agency and documenting approvals from area managers
• Collaborating with internal teams on artwork for permanent POS for non-category specific areas. Also needs to regularly track all permanent POS going into stores.
• Deliver local marketing plans and scope for other opportunities
• Consistent collaboration across various teams, stakeholders of all levels and external agencies in a professional manner to deliver activity across new stores, signage packs, store takeovers, permanent POS and local marketing
• To ensure spend is tracked regularly and deliver within your budget in your areas.

Here's what you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in fast paced marketing environment with a customer focused mindset
• Good understanding of marketing retail principles
• Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast paced environment with ad-hoc requests as a self-starter
• A creative thinker who is able to think outside of the box
• Experience in creative development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
• Good understanding and experience working cross-functionally, campaign management and brand development
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident energetic approach
