As an Assistant Manager, you’ll excel at people management and be really hands-on, training and developing your store team to be the best they can be. Encouraging everyone to understand the part they play in the success of their store, you’ll drive sales and create an upbeat, feelgood atmosphere, that both customers and colleagues enjoy being part of. Dealing with different challenges every day, you’ll lead by example and model the wilko values and behaviours

A natural born leader, you’ll have a passion for retail and the knowledge and experience necessary to drive sales and profitability. Able to deliver KPIs, targets and high operational standards, what will set you apart is your attitude and mindset. Through your leadership qualities you’ll engage your team to be better every day ensuring their development is nurtured as they are our next leaders.
