The Role:

This job involves assisting the Store Manager in all operational duties including:

• Driving the team to exceed sales targets & KPI's
• Inspiring the team to perform in all aspects
• Visual merchandising, stock management & loss prevention
• Leading the way with exceptional customer service & offering styling advice
• Maintaining a positive & energetic work environment
• Sole charge on Sunday & Monday
