We are searching for an experienced Teacher ready for advancement to lead our preschool room, inspiring the team every day. To flourish in our team you will have experience in planning and assessment, leading a quality programme and implementing creative ways of encouraging learning within the Te Whāriki curriculum is vital. As a strong communicator, you will confidently mentor, lead and grow the team. An ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively, be flexible, and organise will be among your key strengths; as well as a sense of humour, maturity and high levels of initiative and professionalism.

Role requirements:

• B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
• Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
