The Role: 

Supporting the Store Manager with all operational duties including:

• Driving and inspiring the team to exceed sales and customer expectations
• Leading the way with exceptional customer service & offering technical advice
• Maintaining a positive & energetic work environment
• Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
• Overseeing HR Functions including performance mgmt & reviews
• Maintaining a high degree of stock and inventory levels
• Sole Charge on Sunday & Monday

• A fashion-forward, outgoing & confident personality! 
• Solid management experience in a similar environment 
• Motivation and drive to provide amazing customer service
• Outstanding communication & relationship building skills
