In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

The opportunity to work as part of the central Communications Team for L’Oréal Professional Products Division – home to all of the Group’s professional haircare brands and the #1 market leaders, including L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, Kérastase, Redken, Pureology, Shu Uemura, Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot. This unique role works hand in hand with the Division’s Communications Director to drive forward a multi-brand strategy both externally and internally across transversal topics including, Sustainability, Inclusivity, Reputation and Innovation, as well as working closely with the L’Oréal Group Corporate Communications and Public Affairs teams on Industry positioning and Trade Bodies, alongside reputation and issues management.

Implementation and execution of the Divisional strategy across transversal topics

Divisional reporting and analytics

Support and consultancy on key brand-related projects

Support on all copywriting for both external and internal purposes

Profiling strategy for key Divisional leaders

Divisional performance in Trade and Consumer media in line with brand-agnostic campaigns

Issues management and monitoring

Trade Body management and mapping

Manage the Communications Coordinator
