Our client, a Gaming and Entertainment company headquartered in Vancouver is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their team. The role will include working very closely with the Corporate Controller, managing month and quarter-ends, prepare reporting packages (quarterly disclosures, memos), perform IFRS research, as well as support the AP team.

Requirements

·       CPA Designated

·       5+ years of accounting experience, preferably both in public practice and industry

·       Experience collaborating with and managing a team

·       In-depth knowledge of IFRS (knowledge of IFRS 15 is an asset)

·       Strong communicator and able to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Experience with financial management, corporate financial reporting, and business analysis
