YOUR ROLE

Drive the execution of project goals across programs with cross-functional partners (Brand Leads, PIM, KAM, etc) and maintenance, issue identification, and project governance to ensure timely execution of innovation and renovation projects

Facilitate weekly project review & assist in preparation for Stage Gate meetings. Ensure compliance to processes and standardized ways of working and trouble-shoot issues with cross-functional partners

Deliver regular program status updates to Leadership team, Brand leads and cross functional team members

Influence cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad- coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities of the category and brands

Manage accuracy and communication of internal master list SKU changes to broader Canadian team

YOUR SKILLS

1-2 years professional work experience

Attention to detail and time management skills a must

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally

Energized by tackling complex problems to improve overall business execution

Not necessarily a pure PM experience, but PM training is an asset

College or University Degree
