Trust House Rental Housing provides affordable rental homes to low-income individuals and families in our communities who need them most. Trust House owns and manages almost 500 rental homes, from 1-bedroom units to 4-bedroom houses, in Masterton, Martinborough, Featherston, Pahiatua and Dannevirke.
Trust House has been a community landlord in Wairarapa and Tararua since 1999. And in 2014 became New Zealand’s first registered social housing provider in the government’s new social housing scheme to make rents even more affordable for people on low incomes.
In addition to this, Trust House distributed $4 million worth of grants to hundreds of community organisations in the 2019/20 year.
Position Purpose
The Asset Manager takes overall responsibility and management of assigned residential/commercial assets to ensure their physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards and is aligned with the Trust House vision: Commercial Strength for Social Good.
This position reports directly to the General Manager, Housing & Infrastructure.
