About the Team
The Asset Management Division provides resources and expertise to support the organisation in implementing best practice management of Sydney trains assets. Asset management is about aligning the way we manage our assets with our corporate objectives.
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Integration Manager to be a part of our Asset Management Division within Sydney Trains. This position plays a key role in managing and driving the Asset Management Division (AMD) relationships with Sydney Trains and External Delivery Organisations. This position ensures that any asset changes introduced to the Sydney Trains network are fit for handover to Sydney Trains and safely integrated in compliance with Safety Assurance and Asset Standards.
Do work that’s matters
Reporting into the Manager Asset Works Planning & Integration, you will lead a team of asset professionals from design concept through to integration ensuring no adverse impact to system or asset safety and fleet or network reliability and availability.
About you
To be successful in the role you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in a related engineering field or rail maintenance management and a demonstrated experience in asset management or preferably a rail related maintenance field
Proven experience in program management and delivery of large complex, multi discipline infrastructure projects to budget and within tight deadlines and to client satisfaction
Demonstrated experience and understanding of asset management and configuration management in large scale asset or network management planning.
Demonstrated experience and sound understanding of the operation and maintenance of passenger rail systems and the design and delivery of associated projects
