Bath/Co are the NZ distributors and manufacturers in bathroom products of the market leading Michel Cesar and VC/BC bathroom ware ranges. Our products are renowned for their design and quality. 

We are currently seeking someone who is an experienced cabinet assembler or cabinet joiner to lead our team and deliver results. Our Team Leader roles are hands on, therefore being practical/Logical and adaptable is essential to the success of this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Planning and organising the day-to-day activities

- Onsite liaison with senior managers, team leaders, sales professionals and customer services

- Ability to assemble quality products within deadlines

- Organising equipment, staff and materials

- Generating and maintaining site safety initiatives

- Motivating team members to ensure high volumes of quality work are achieved

- Accurate record keeping to document and report on the progress of each team member

- Communicating information to key individuals within the business

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

- Have extensive experience within a joinery/maunfacturing business and be capable of working in a fast paced environment

- Be a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter

- Have good written and verbal communication skills

- Have good people skills and a strong focus on customer needs

- Be able to work overtime should the need arise

- Be organised and efficient

- Be honest, hardworking and reliable
