We are proud to be supporting the Bay of Plenty region with Surfacing and Paving work on a range of projects maintaining and extending roads, bridges and pathways across the network.  
We’re building a new Ashlalt Paving crew from the ground up, and we need you!

We require a reliable and motivated crew to help us lead the delivery of these assignments from our Tauriko, Tauranga depot. As part of a cohesive team, you’ll be involved in the laying of a range of bituminous materials on roads across the BOP network.

This will include:

• Laying and compaction of bituminous materials;       
• Paving plant operation;
• Following asphalt mix designs;
• Contributing to a culture that supports zero harm management, and encouraging and rewarding excellence;
• The ability to deal with unexpected events and seek guidance in complex situations;
• Being a solid, reliable team member who’s open to growth opportunities!

Available jobs:

• Asphalt Paving Foreperson â€“ Manage day to day project activities and crew members
• Asphalt Paving Quality Assurance Technicians - Conduct basic risk analysis applicable to surfacing/construction operations whilst ensuring consistent paving quality.
• Asphalt Paving Driver / Operators â€“ The operation of sealing plant and machinery. Class 1, 2 and WTR licenses required.
• Labourers â€“ Hands on support to the crew - Shovelling, digging, lifting, periods of walking, standing and bending. Training on offer!
