It's busy at MIT and we are looking for some awesome administrative staff to help us meet the needs of our students as they commence and progress through their learning journey with us.
About the role
This role is part of the team that provides student-facing services to students, i.e., assistance with: (1) Application and Enrolment processes, (2) Invoicing and Receipting, (3) Withdrawals and Transfers, (4) Academic Record requests, (5) Results enquiries, and (6) Graduation support, as well as our processes designed to assist a student to onboard successfully into MIT.
The role is one which provides cover for shifts across 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and during the day on Saturday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM once every three weeks.
