In this role you are part of the new Arms Safety and Control business unit. This organisation is the arms regulator in New Zealand. It is an exciting time to be joining this organisation which is transforming in line with the new arms legislation and regulations. We are looking for strong operational leaders to support our team in districts. You will be leading a team in the district who are focused on meeting all our service elements. You will be focused on driving the KPIs across these service portfolios. Focusing on building a regulator culture within our teams.
