About the role:

You will be working closely with our Franchise Partners to develop and execute on sales strategies, driving profit and delivering on operational standards.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Franchise Partners; improving and growing their businesses – when they are WINNING we are winning. As part of generating results, you’ll be providing coaching on all aspects of their restaurant including operational standards, customer experience, business and profitability, workplace health and safety and business planning.

Delivering guidance on effective management of restaurant employees including how to achieve and maintain optimum staffing and management levels, rostering, managing employee performance and succession planning is paramount to our success.

On a broader scale, you’ll drive and promote a culture of 100% employee and Franchise Partner engagement throughout your territory. With an understanding and knowledge of the operation and management of a fast food environment ensuring your restaurants are operating at the top of their game. With this in mind, you’ll be undertaking regular audit and compliance reviews to access performance against key areas including hygiene, food safety, WH&S, operating procedures, maintenance, training and customer service.

About you:

You must have a history of success in a similar role either gained from running your own small business or working in a QSR / casual dining environment. You will be equipped with a proven track record of coaching and leadership, financial acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal, influencing and business partnering skills. You will be adaptable and able to communicate with varying parts of our business, including the ability to work with Franchise Partners to drive their financial literacy (cashflow, business plans, P&L to a balance sheet)
