About this role
As Area Manager you are accountable for leading, motivating, empowering, and inspiring an operational field team in the Essex/London area of around 55 team members supported by 3 team leaders. You and your team will deliver customer orders whether that is providing a new service, repairing faults or maintaining our network. You’ll all play an essential role in keeping Britain connected.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Lead your team to keep Britain connected and engage your people whilst ensuring they work in an environment where everyone goes home safe. You’ll encourage your team to think outside the box to find solutions to problems they face when completing a customer order. Using your warm relationships with other internal and external partners you’ll collaborate to ensure the end goal for the customer is at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
You’ll be accountable for informing and executing the operational plan in-line with key performance metrics to enable revenue, regulatory and service delivery for our customers and the business.
