Primark is recruiting for an Area Manager to cover the Kent and Essex area. The area consists of 12 excellent stores, brimming with talent and potential.

The purpose of the role will be to lead the Store Management teams enabling them to;

• deliver the company’s vision and strategy to achieve maximum profitability
• understand the customer and be relentless in delivering a world class customer experience
• be empowered and inspired to deliver and focus on continuous improvement

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to be an established Area Manager of a high volume, fast based retailer and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of maximising sales and productivity through effective cost and people management.

Your leadership skills will be honed to enable you to build a high performing team who will keep the customer and colleague journey at the forefront of their minds. You’ll be calling on all your retail experience and of course your commercial experience – every single day.
