L’Oreal Luxe Fragrance represents the fragrances of Giorgio Armani, Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Mugler, Valentino, Viktor & Rolf, Maison Margiela, Atelier Cologne, Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Azzaro and Cacharel. Launching highly successful brands year-on-year we have celebrated enormous achievement during over the last few years, with some of the most credible brands in the luxury fragrance market and have achieved rankings in the top 5 fragrances in the UK market.
Our aim is to grow the retail operation in key towns and cities across the UK, in order to provide country wide coverage and maximise our sales potential and market share. In order to facilitate the expansion of the brand, we are seeking an Area Manager who can continue to grow the successful Luxe fragrance business in this key London region.
Purpose of role
You will take full responsibility for the Luxe Fragrance retail portfolio, maximising the sales and customer experience by managing, motivating and developing Sales Consultants in stores in your area.
This role will be responsible for the planning and preparation of sales activity for strategy meetings, liaise with in-store retail management and L’Oréal Luxe departments such as the commercial, merchandising, marketing and logistics and Human Resources teams, ensuring the smooth operation, bespoke quality service and sales opportunities are maximised in all of our doors.
