You will:

• Design test and implement workflows to deliver content to the vendor and receive it back
• Implement protocols and procedures of the workflow
• Ensure appropriate handling of artifacts
• Vendor relationship management by providing advice and support to the vendors
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Monitor project output
• Team collaboration
• Advocate and support commitment to the Kaupapa-centred approach
• Anticipate and mitigate risks and hazards and meet relevant business standards and protocols

Skills needed:

• Post-graduate qualification in archival discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Advanced skills in the use of data management tools
• Good business acumen
• Good working knowledge of workflow implementation and overseeing the process.
