• Strong Revit, Archicad, BIM360, Sketch Up or Adobe skills
• Proven creative & technical skills in similar roles in New Zealand
• Excellent communication skills
• A top knowledge of NZ building codes and NZS3604
• BAS, or NDAT Qualifications or have years of experience
