As an Application Support Analyst in our small but high performing team, you will help develop efficient systems and processes that will support our business growth. You will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the company's critical business software and the processes required to meet contract requirements - analysing and improving business processes, specifying and testing software applications.
All our critical business applications have been migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 where we us CRM, Field Service, CRM Portal, Finance and Operations, Power Automate and other related tools. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role provides support for critical business applications whilst working with our IT team on software development projects and conducting business analysis.
