Job Description
This role will contribute to bringing the Next Wave Strategy to life by leading the delivery of cross-functional projects which build organisational capability and change ways of working within the business to enable the exceptional EY experience for our people.
Your key responsibilities
- Talent Service Delivery Effectiveness
- Ownership for implementation of Region and Global talent projects/ initiatives not owned by other functions (e.g. NextWave Careers, Strategic Workforce Planning)
- Collaborate with the geography talent enablement teams and their shared services teams to achieve seamless service delivery that meets the needs
- Define and monitor delivery of talent services against associated measures of success/metrics; run a regular business update report
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities across the talent team to work more efficiently within Region team and/or further leverage shared resources. Champion across functional cooperation.
- Talent operations and reporting
- Meet regularly with the VTH and PDRA team leaders to provide feedback and discuss quality and timeliness of service execution. Provide information regarding key region information (e.g. changes in volumes, out-of-cycle projects, key calendar events) and inform the Region on key information received from their Services.
- Escalate operational issues to the Service Delivery Manager and drive collaboration with the teams to resolve
- Propose, review and agree any changes in scope of agreed services between the Region and their Services
- Act as liaison for vendor management where needed (for vendors not managed by talent functions such as recruitment, learning)
- Take oversight of reporting produced by operations and VTH team, own production of the workforce metrics and provide regular updates to COO and other Regional leaders about workforce health
- Transformation and change management
- Implement regional and global talent projects/ongoing initiatives that support the delivery of our broader Talent agenda beyond specific functions (e.g Employee Listening, NextWave Careers)
- Collaborate with Talent functions to design and implement Regional programs/initiatives as required (e.g. Recognition Program)
- Manage and execute cross-functional global projects across FSO, working with talent consultants, finance and operations. Proactively manage risks and issues in relation to stakeholder management or change management. (e.g. Workforce Planning)

To qualify for the role you must have
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix-based organisation at all levels
- Strong client focus with the ability to build good relationships and work virtually/ across borders
- Maintain a strong understanding of key business and financial drivers that determine EY’s success
- An understanding of digital technology’s impact and the opportunities it creates
Ideally, you’ll also have
- 10+ years of working experience in relevant fields
- University degrees in relevant domains
