Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in a strategy role

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing advanced analytics and driving complex operational and strategic initiatives, while interacting with multiple business leaders
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Ability to develop and validate hypotheses using data and design/measure impact of experiments to drive business recommendations
  • Ability to simplify complex information and present to executive audiences with varying levels of technical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a regional Analytics and Insights Manager, you will deliver insights to enable Google Play payments growth by developing a deep understanding of user preferences, purchase patterns, and the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the analytics strategy for EMEA regional Retail and Payments Activation, aligning and setting priorities to deliver on the team and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical scope, success criteria, timeline for various projects, and manage overall analytical project execution.
  • Work with the business to translate experiments into insights and build business cases for scaling actions.
  • Utilize causal inference, predictive models, and machine learning to execute segmentations and improve measurement.
  • Ensure a high degree of excellence and quality in projects.
