Our dynamic client in Calgary is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced team for a contract/temporary role.

• As the Customer Service Representative, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
• Supporting multi-site outbound call Centre
• Campaign management
• High-volume outbound calling
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

Put your talents to the test as a Customer Service Representative with our client. The successful Customer Service Representative will possess the following:

• 1+ year of prior call center experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task with strong decision-making skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Available to start immediately
