The role
Healthcare Australia Perth is seeking performance driven individuals with strong customer service skills to join our friendly team of consultants. This team provides employment options for nurses and staffing solutions for our clients in the Healthcare sector.
You will be required to assist and coordinate the daily allocation of our temporary nursing workforce while liaising with clients across the Perth Metro region. You will work closely with the recruitment experts and managers within the team to develop and grow the business. Your strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this role.
Previous customer service experience is essential. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective and lasting relationships. You will also be confident in influencing and negotiating to affect outcomes and achieve business targets.
This role will predominately work on our PM shift roster between 13:00 – 21:30, five days a week.
Experience and skills required
Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Professional and effective phone manner.
Intermediate MS Office skills and computer literacy.
Ability to perform autonomously and contribute as part of a team.
Healthcare experience is desirable.
Attention to detail is a must!
