About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who like to make a difference by working with individuals and their families and assisting them in reducing and resolving alcohol and drug related problems.
You will be working from our community based CADS unit in South Auckland and will give priority to engage those clients who are referred to us by the Community Probation Services and, as required, to the group programme at the Auckland Prison Services as part of the CADS CPS.
About you
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, excellent communication, assessment, treatment and referral skills, experience and expertise in working with clients and a clear problem solving approach. Group work experience highly regarded.
