About these roles:

You will be required to provide top level administrative support to the wider team wherever required. This opportunity require candidates with administration experience who are accurate, can work autonomously, have a can-do attitude and doesn’t mind putting their hand up and assisting where needed around the office.

 

Duties:

  • Email correspondence
  • Filing & documentation
  • Office support for all staff when required
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across numerous information systems
  • Photocopying, faxing, filing, printing, binding, archiving when required
  • Being the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with appointment bookings and confirmations
     

Skills & experience:

  • Have polished presentation
  • Have at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Have a professional phone manner
  • Great interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Superb attention to detail
