ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing business looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to our HR, sales, and senior leadership teams.  On the day-to-day, you will work on sales reports, assist with payroll, manage IT equipment, take minutes, place orders, assist with onboarding new staff and provide digital system support for programs such as Xero, Biotime, Scrapit, SalesForce, and Ipayroll.  The heart of Endless is our dynamic, fun, and positive team culture, as our team administrator and general go-to for all systems, questions, and ad-hock projects you will be the internal face of Endless and instrumental in supporting and championing our culture. You will also assist in planning awesome team events and wellbeing initiatives such as our fitness in the park program.   

About you:

You are a dynamic go-getter who strikes the perfect balance between a good laugh and being an absolute professional.  Problem-solving is your way of life, and “I got this” is your motto, you take a practical well-thought-out approach to your work and love to leave things 100 times better than when you found them.  As this role is the go-to for the wider team with projects, systems, and “how do I do that again's?” you are friendly, approachable, and positive, but also take a firm but fair approach to managing project deadlines and contractors to ensure expectations are met.  You excel at meeting deadlines and are an exceptional communicator who is not afraid to ask questions so you fully understand projects and deliver with excellent attention to detail, and on time, every time.

  • You are people-centric, have a great sense of humor, and are excellent at driving a positive culture
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a sole administrator or as an administration manager in a busy fast-paced environment
  • With exceptional minute-taking skills and the ability to pull out key action items, you provide follow-up and follow-through to ensure action items are completed by those they are assigned to.
  • As a “get it done” legend you have previous project management experience within an administration role, and can provide examples of managing ad-hoc projects through to successful outcomes
  • You can demonstrate professional confidentiality at an HR and Senior Leadership level
  • Previous experience compiling board and/or sales reports is useful in this role
  • Exceptional digital systems management skills, while you are not required to have experience working with our current digital systems you must have a strong ability to pick up systems quickly and train others in their use.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and internal rewards programs, like our recent, fun “sip and paint session”!
  • Provide administration support to HR, trading, and the senior leadership team
  • Manage stationary, cafe and other office supplies, IT equipment, phones, cleaning contractors, and minor office maintenance
  • Provide new user training and support to the wider team for internal systems such as Xero, BioTime etc.
  • Payroll experience is preferred but not essential as we can teach you what you need to know.
