The Roles:

Many of our clients have a need for Temporary administrators now and in the coming weeks. Assignments are available due to annual or sick leave, large projects, busier times of year, staff resignations, the creation of brand-new roles or additional support being needed.

Some of the roles we are currently recruiting;

  • Reception Administrator (part time 9am – 2pm Monday – Friday) based in Wiri – Temporary to Permanent position
  • Customer Service Administration – (8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday) Based in Penrose
  • Executive Assistant – (8:30am – 5pm) Based in Otahuhu
  • Marketing Brand Executive – (Flexible hours and WFH Arrangement) Based in Penrose

Skills Required:

  • Any experience in administration, data entry, customer service and reception is advantageous
  • Confident communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills (Word and Excel)

  • Able to start in a new position immediately or have less than 1 weeks’ notice period
  • Valid visa to work in New Zealand for at least 1 year
  • Clear MOJ check
