Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Compile and collate MS Excel spreadsheets & presentations for contract KPIs and SLAs in liaison with Regional Operations Manager
  • Scheduling shifts & updates in Timegate – Time & Attendance software
  • Processing new starters & leavers and employee amendments for HR/Payroll in Bizagi
  • Support the operational team in Payroll submission and respond to pay queries
  • Advertising vacancies using the OCS Resourcing Portal for all recruitment
  • Provide Helpdesk support, responding to client queries and task assignment
  • Report Office IT issues
  • Place orders for office supplies
  • Company policy: Ensure that company policy is implemented and being adhered to.
  • Maintain services and operations to comply with service contract quality standards as advised by Regional Operations Manager.

 

To be successful in the role, you will need:

 

 

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role with sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint to create reports, spreadsheets, presentations
