Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for weekly invoicing for all projects in Superheat and/or customer portals
  • Ensuring project quote/estimate is completed for the region, for timely delivery to the client
  • Submitting all approved invoices to customers
  • Tracking accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices
  • Assisting employees and applicable departments with time and expense entry
  • Reviewing project order information for accuracy
  • Providing administrative support to regional management and sales staff
  • Entering purchase orders and accounts payable invoices
  • Assisting with the management of drug and alcohol testing as well as background screens
  • Completing daily client cost tracking
  • Handling project insurance
  • Scheduling travel arrangements for staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Exceptional dedication to customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Solid computer knowledge and skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable method of transportation
  • Able to pass background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing as required by our customers for site access a required

Work Experience and Education Requirements

  • Previous demonstrated administrative skills including data entry and timekeeping
  • Prior experience in invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
